Charleston's Bodybuilding Prep Coach

Natural Bodybuilding coaching built on your training data - not a template

Most online coaches send you a spreadsheet and a macro number. You get a system that adjusts your volume week to week based on what you actually logged, what actually got sore, and what actually grew.

You want to compete. You just don't know if you're doing it right.

You've been training for years. You're not a beginner in the gym. But prep is a different sport, and the first one is the one people get wrong.

Here's what actually goes wrong in a first prep:

  • Starting too late. You count backward from the show, realize you're behind, and spend the last eight weeks in a crash deficit. Nobody has ever out-dieted a late start.

  • Losing the muscle you spent years building. Aggressive deficits plus slashed training volume strips off tissue you can't replace before show day. Most first-timers show up smaller than they needed to be.

  • Peak week from a forum post. Water, sodium, carbs, timing — improvised in the most consequential seven days of the entire process, based on something that worked for someone with a different body and a different prep.

  • Posing left until the end. Presentation is a meaningful share of your score. Most first-timers find that out two weeks out.

  • Doing it alone. Nobody around you has done this. The internet contradicts itself constantly, and you have no way to tell which half is wrong.

The problem isn't effort — first-time competitors are the most disciplined people I work with. It's that prep is the worst possible time to be guessing, and almost nobody is running a real feedback loop.

The System

What you actually get

I built my own coaching platform because nothing on the market did what I needed it to.

Adaptive volume. You log every set with RIR. The system reads your performance, your soreness ratings, and your session feedback, then adjusts next week's volume per muscle group - up when you're recovering and growing, down when you're not. This is the mechanism most coaching lacks entirely.

Mesocycle structure that means something. Blocks are built around accumulation and deload logic, not arbitrary 4-week chunks. You know why each pase exists and what it's suppoed to produce.

Per-set logging that I actually read. Your data is the input to your program. Every adjustment I make traces back to something you recorded.

Nutrition tied to rate of change. Targets get adjusted against real trend data - weight, measurements, performance, photos - not a calculator's guess from month one.

I run this on myself. I'm a competing natural bodybuilder. Every protocol I give you is one I've tested under the hardest constraint in the sport: no drugs, real deadlines, judged results.

Who this is for.

This is built for you if:

  • You're prepping for a show, or seriously considering your first one

  • You're in an offseason and want the growth phase to actually produce something

  • You train like a bodybuilder whether or not you ever step on stage

  • You'll log your training honestly, every session

  • You want to understand the why, not just receive the what

This isn't for you if:
  • You want a quick fix or a 6-week shred
  • you won't track your training or your food
  • You're looking for the cheapest coach you can find
  • You want someone to text you motivational quotes

I'd Rather turn you away than take your money and watch you quit in week five.

1

Self-Guided - $149/mo

Programming and the platform, no check-ins.

  • Full app access with adaptive volume tracking

  • Program updated each mesocycle

  • Macro targets set at intake

  • Async questions answered within 72 hours

For experienced lifters who want the system without the coaching relationship.

2

Coached - $299/mo (Most clients start here)

The full feedback loop.

  • Everything in Self-Guided

  • Program adjusted weekly against your logged data

  • Weekly written check-in — physique photos, weight trend, performance review

  • Nutrition targets adjusted as your rate of change dictates

  • Video form review on 2 lifts per week

  • 48-hour response time

  • Limited to 12 clients

3

Prep - $549/mo

Show preparation, start to stage.

  • Everything in Coached

  • Fully periodized contest prep — dieting phase, refeeds, peak week

  • Biweekly 30-minute video call

  • Posing feedback and review

  • Show-day plan: water, sodium, carbs, timing, pump-up

  • Unlimited form review

All tiers run on a 12-week minimum. That isn't a contract tactic — it's three mesocycles, and it's the first honest point at which your adaptive data means anything. Anything shorter and I'm guessing.

Pay quarterly and save 10%. Coached is $807/quarter, Prep is $1,482/quarter.

How we get started

1. Apply. A short form — your training history, your goal, your timeline. Two minutes.

2. We talk. A 20-minute call. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right coach for what you're trying to do. No pitch.

3. Intake. Full history, injuries, equipment access, schedule, food preferences, current numbers.

4. You start. Your program is live in the app within 72 hours of intake.
