Ethan brings a decade of applied experience in strength, performance, and corrective exercise. His mission: eliminate the guesswork that dominates the fitness industry and replace it with systems that actually work.
His clients aren’t lab rats for “new methods” — they’re living proof that effort, science, consistency, and precision win every time.

Personal Training Sessions

Every session is built on science-backed programming and real intensity — not random workouts. You’ll train with purpose, precision, and progression, blending biomechanics, Muscle-Building principles, and conditioning to push your limits safely and effectively. Expect effort, accountability, and results that reflect both smart design and hard work.

All in-person clients also receive a free gym membership to the Mount Pleasant facility where we train, giving you the space and equipment to stay consistent between sessions. This is hands-on coaching done right — personal, results-driven, and built to last.

Online Programming Hybrid

The best of both worlds — hands-on coaching with complete flexibility. You’ll train 1–2 days per week in person for precise form, accountability, and performance feedback, while your additional workouts are programmed online through a personalized training plan designed around your goals, schedule, and recovery.

Every hybrid client also receives a free gym membership to our Mount Pleasant training facility, making it easier to stay consistent and crush your goals between sessions. This approach gives you structure, support, and autonomy — the perfect balance for real, lasting results.

Nutrition Coaching Sessions

No templates. No cookie-cutter meal plans. Every client has a different body, schedule, and relationship with food — and your nutrition should reflect that. My coaching is built around your lifestyle, teaching you how to eat in a way that fuels your goals, supports recovery, and still lets you enjoy life. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s flexible, sustainable, and 100% personal — because the best nutrition plan is the one you can actually live with.
